As your representative, we will perform the following tasks on each project as your "eyes and ears" with your best interest at hand.

• Review the architectural and contract documents

• Due diligence and overall project management

• Review RFP and selection of the general contractor

• Advise of potential problems and offer solutions

• Identify roles and responsibilities of each team member

• Oversight of project from begining to close out

• Monitor and oversee the construction process

• Review RFI's and Supplemental Instructions from the architect

• Monitor the project schedule and progress

• Review submittals and progress

• Review the Application for Payment

• Review Change Orders and Cost Control

• Provide project updates

• Oversee the selection, delivery and installation of fixtures, furnishings, and equipment

• Requisition of owner furnished, contractor installed items
